Review status
This is an operational draft for customer review and attorney/insurance review. Do not treat it as final legal protection until it has been matched to the actual equipment ownership model, insurance policy, and service territory.
1. Service description
The Drop-and-Mow subscription is a managed lawn service that may include robotic mowing, scheduled human edging, blowing of hardscapes, blade checks, equipment maintenance, and remote monitoring. Service is subject to property review and seasonal availability.
2. Property access
The client authorizes Tri-Lutions to access approved outdoor areas during scheduled service windows. Gates, pets, security systems, locked areas, and parking limitations must be disclosed before service begins.
3. Service frequency and weather
Weekly service is the standard target during active mowing season. Rain, lightning, saturated soil, unsafe heat, extreme wind, equipment faults, blocked access, or unsafe property conditions may delay service without creating a service default.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Keep mowing zones clear of toys, hoses, tools, pet waste, branches, loose wire, and temporary obstacles.
- Keep pets and children away from the active machine and service team.
- Maintain safe access to gates, charging areas, and exterior power where applicable.
- Report yard changes, new landscaping, holes, irrigation work, construction, or boundary changes before the next mowing cycle.
5. Limits of service
The subscription does not include landscaping, tree removal, drainage correction, irrigation repair, pest control, chemical treatment, licensed electrical work, or repair of customer property unless separately quoted.
6. Billing and seasonal pause
Billing is monthly during the active season unless a written quote states otherwise. Seasonal pause, cancellation, failed-payment handling, and restart terms should follow the published Payment Policy and the final customer quote.
